Centralised MVHR and hot water heat pump

Stiebel Eltron introduces their Fairfield Office in Marlborough, it is truly a landmark in sustainable design. As the first building in the area to receive Passive House Institute certification, it represents cutting-edge efficiency and sustainability. This is reflected in the building's Low Energy Building Certification, which demonstrates that it is seven times more efficient than a standard building code-compliant structure.

One of the key features of the Fairfield Office is its mechanical ventilation unit, the LWZ 180. This innovative system delivers fresh, filtered air from outside while maintaining up to 94% heat recovery. This means that the building is able to prevent indoor pollutant buildup, ensuring that occupants can enjoy a healthy and comfortable environment.

Another standout feature of the Fairfield Office is its hot water heat pump, the WWK 302. This impressive system is designed to operate down to minus five degrees, and it even has an active defrost function that enables it to maintain operation in cold climates automatically. With its advanced technology and commitment to sustainability, the Fairfield Office truly represents the future of building design.
